Frank is an experienced member of the Gaming Practice of Kalff Katz & Franssen Attorneys at Law, Amsterdam. He concentrates on advising a diverse range of clients active in the (social) gaming industry and related sectors (such as financial trading, e-sports and fantasy sports) on all operational and regulatory aspects of their businesses. With in-depth knowledge of the sector Frank is capable of providing sound and practical advice on market entry strategies and compliance with applicable regulatory and licensing requirements. Areas of expertise include betting and gaming, e-commerce and e-compliance, financial services, advertising and data protection & privacy regulations.

Frank read law and completed in 2008 his degree cum laude in International and European law at the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands. Frank was admitted to the Dutch BAR Association (Orde van Advocaten) in 2010. He is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) and International Association of Lawyers (AIJA). He speaks at a variety of (inter)national conferences and regularly contributes to industry publications.
