Santiago is a founding partner and currently Managing Partner at Heka Law Firm, a rising law firm based in Ecuador that provides legal services and consultancy in real estate, administrative, municipal, and public policy matters. He has more than 10 years of experience as a lawyer and public policy advisor, working with public and private entities nationwide. He holds a master's degree in public affairs from Brown University, a master's degree in administrative law and public procurement from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, and a bachelor's degree in law from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.

Santiago's mission is to help clients achieve their goals and solve their legal challenges with professionalism, excellence, and innovation. He is an expert in gaming (specially sport betting industry), litigation, arbitration, and negotiation, as well as in public-private partnerships and corporate affairs.
