2002 graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, Legal Department. Specialization: economic law. Qualification: Master of Law “Diploma cum laude”.

Since 2011 have had Advocate license.

Since 1998 have been working as a lawyer on different positions (from legal adviser to Head of Legal Department) in different business areas, including media, finance market, joint stock market, IT business.

In October 2020 as a result of participation in the competition, was appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as a Member of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries.

While serving as a Member of the Commission, actively participating in establishing of a new state entity, developing and implementing regulatory acts related to the licensing of gambling operators, and other regulatory acts required by the Gambling Law.
